Oil on Canvas

I’m a painter based in Oakland, California. I’ve enjoyed art my whole life and came to study painting more recently, after a career in software development. My work has been exhibited at the de Young Museum in San Francisco.

When I’m not painting, I enjoy woodworking: designing and crafting fine furniture, frames for my paintings, and other small projects.

My paintings are representational and focused on capturing experiences. I love the vibrancy of life and my goal is to express the strong emotions I feel when observing life through my art.
