I started painting while studying Electronic Time-Based Media. After graduation, I focused mainly on painting. Since moving to the Bay Area 10 years ago, I have shown in small shows and completed several murals in multiple neighborhoods throughout SF.

I work primarily with mixed media and found materials. My focus is on creating weight and presence to the negative or otherwise unused space. Conceptually, my pieces are driven by social and economic imbalances such as consumerism, civil unrest, and the need for perfection.
