TRANSFORMATION
Transformation - The first painting was a female with pink hair merging like a butterfly from a male profile surrounded by monarch butterflies and roses with a blue background. The second painting was a male silhouette with purple butterflies on green leaves with a red background . These paintings woven together create a transformational portraiture with intriguing mix of colors with intricate weaving patterns. The resulting portraiture needs to be viewed up close to see the intricate details, the images alignment and transitions of different weaving patterns.

Artist Statement
I express my creativity through painting by using mediums such as watercolor, oil, acrylic and mixed media. I currently pursue the excellence in merging the intricacies of painting with weaving patterns. In my creative process, I paint two original pieces that complement each other, cut them into strips and meticulously weave them together into an entirely different work of art.
