Dignity Move
These portraits represent the dedicated staff I worked with during the Dignity Move mural project on 33 Gough Street in San Francisco. Our experiences don't define who we are today, but rather, the work we do together for the good of others unites us and shapes our sense of purpose and identity.

Artist Statement
My artwork reflects the dualities of my upbringing in post-Cultural Revolution China and my immersion in American consumer culture. Through painting and printmaking, I explore the psychological, spiritual, and environmental impact of physical and virtual commodities on the human psyche. Influenced by Guy Debord's theory, I aim to reveal the illusions and hidden costs behind everyday objects.
