Artist Statement
As an artist, I am drawn to how our visual perceptions connect us to a place in time that we all intuitively feel, see, and remember – connecting us to our emotions and to each other. My compositions explore an ongoing interest in spatial relationships. Color, its emotional quality inspires me—the history, psychology of color; mixing colors to create visual environments and moods.
